The Tennessee Heat Cross Country team invites you to be a champion! Champions are not made on the award stand but in the heart and mind where perseverance and hard work are required.

We have middle school and high school teams for boys and girls, as well as younger athletes competing in the elementary age division. Our competitions take place at The Hermitage and we compete against other homeschool and public school teams in the Middle Tennessee Athletic Conference.

The next season will begin in late-July and continue through the first two weeks of November. Most of our practices are held at the Charlie Daniels Park in Mt. Juliet, 3 times per week in late afternoon. Please reach out to Coach Josh for additional information. Thanks and we hope to see you soon!
